The mission of the Coalition for Responsible Gene Editing in Agriculture is to cultivate support for the responsible use of gene editing in agriculture through the development and adoption of trust-worthy guidelines for the responsible use of gene editing, effective stakeholder outreach and engagement, and broad-based involvement and collaboration of those engaged in gene editing.
Any corporation, business or academic or governmental organization that utilizes gene editing and/or its outputs in the commercial research, development or manufacture of food and agricultural products is qualified to apply for Framework Participant membership.
To apply for membership, download and complete the application and submit to geneediting@foodintegrity.org.
Membership is effective for one year, beginning on the date the application is approved.
